145. Every copy of a document emanating from the Commission or forming part of its records and certified true by the chairman, one of the vice-chairmen or the secretary has the same validity as the original.

145. The executive committee shall appoint an arbitrator for a period of two years. If the committee cannot appoint him, it may ask the chief judge of the Labour Court to designate an arbitrator not directly or indirectly involved in the dispute, or in the application of this act or of a collective labour agreement governing the employees contemplated by this act.
