102. To be credited with pension credit, the accumulated funds, excluding voluntary additional contributions, must be transferred to the Commission.

102. Every employee who was on active service in the regular Canadian Forces or in the forces levied by Canada in wartime contemplated by the federal Canadian Forces Superannuation Act, is entitled to be credited with such years of service in the manner provided in sections 83 to 88 for which he does not receive retirement benefits under the said act.
Notwithstanding section 84, the annual pensionable salary of such employee on the date when he begins to contribute to this plan shall serve as the basis for the application of this section.
An employee wishing to avail himself of this section shall give a notice to that effect to the Commission within twelve months from the date on which he begins to contribute to this plan or not later than 31 December 1975 if he begins to contribute to this plan before 1 January 1975.
