88. The Government may make, respecting immoveables or vehicles intended for use by persons to do any work or art, regulations on:
(a)  lighting;
(b)  cubic space, aeration, ventilation, air conditioning and odours;
(c)  the temperature of the premises;
(d)  the removal and manner of discharging and controlling dust, gas, vapour and odours produced in the course of the work;
(e)  sanitary facilities;
(f)  cleanliness and cleaning;
(g)  noise, ultrasounds and infrasounds;
(h)  climatic constraints;
(i)  the use of protective equipment;
(j)  the definition of dangerous substances.
