77. (Repealed).

77. The clerk of the Court of Québec shall, within 10 days after the decision on the appeal, transmit a copy of the decision to the appellant and to the Minister by registered or certified mail.
Any other person, on payment of the costs of reproduction and transmission, may obtain a copy of the decision rendered on the appeal.
