69.0.5. (Repealed).

69.0.5. The secretary of the commission shall send two certified copies of the decree, plan and technical description to the clerk, the secretary-treasurer or the secretary of every municipality or community concerned, to the Confédération de l’Union des producteurs agricoles and to the registrar of the registration division in which the territory of the local municipality is situated, for registration purposes.

69.0.5.
