44. Before rendering its decision, the commission must give the applicant or any interested person the opportunity to be heard.
It may also require such information and documents from the applicant as it considers relevant.
The commission must transmit its decision, substantiated, to the applicant by registered mail.
It shall notify its decision to every interested person and to every municipality or community in whose territory the lot contemplated in the application is situated.
