77. A personal information agent may, without the consent of the person concerned, communicate in a credit report to the persons with whom he is bound by contract any information contained in a decision of a judicial or quasi judicial tribunal unless the information was the object of in camera proceedings or is subject to an order not to disclose, publish or distribute.
