90. The Minister may ban the sale or use of a petroleum product not compliant with the standards prescribed by regulation based on the findings of an analysis report to that effect commissioned by an inspector.

90. An inspector who has reasonable and probable grounds to believe that petroleum equipment presents a danger to the environment or to human safety or is used to sell or store a petroleum product which does not conform to standards prescribed by regulation, may order the equipment or the place where the equipment is found to be closed or may prohibit its use and, where advisable, affix seals thereto.

58. An inspector who has reasonable and probable grounds to believe that a facility or any petroleum equipment presents a danger to the environment or to human safety or is used to sell a petroleum product which does not conform to standards prescribed by regulation may order it to be closed or stopped or partly closed and, if necessary, affix seals thereto and prohibit its use.
