40. (Repealed).

40. The Minister may refuse to grant certification if, in the preceding five years,
(1)  the applicant’s certification was revoked;
(2)  the applicant was convicted of an offence related to his activities as an inspector, unless he has obtained a pardon.

40. No person may deliver petroleum products to the facility of a person or partnership other than the holder of a trading permit or registration certificate.
