21. (Repealed).

21. A permit shall be issued for each unit of petroleum equipment or for each combination of equipment located at the same address.

21. The appeal is brought by way of a motion served on the Minister.
The motion must be filed at the office of the Court of Québec in the judicial district of the appellant’s domicile or principal place of business, within thirty days after the appellant receives the decision.
