103. Anyone who
(1)  contravenes a provision of the second paragraph of section 5 or of one of sections 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76 or 94,
(2)  in carrying out this Act and the regulations, enters false or misleading data in a register or a document or makes a false or misleading statement to the Minister or to any other person or body, or who participates in such entries or statements, or
(3)  contravenes a regulatory provision whose violation constitutes an offence
commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $5,000 to $125,000 in the case of a natural person and $10,000 to $250,000 in all other cases.

Every person who contravenes a provision of section 71, 72, 74, 75, 76 or 94 or who, while bound by the obligations imposed by this Act, makes a false or misleading statement to the Minister or enters false or misleading data in a register, or who participates in or consents to such statements or entries, is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $500 to $10,000 in the case of a natural person and $2,000 to $20,000 in the case of a legal person.

103. Every person who contravenes a provision of section 71, 72, 74, 75, 76 or 94, and every permit holder or inspector who, while bound by the obligations imposed by this Act, makes a false or misleading statement to the Minister or enters false or misleading data in a register, or who participates in or consents to such statements or entries, is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $500 to $10,000 in the case of a natural person and $2,000 to $20,000 in the case of a legal person.

71. Every director, employee or representative of a legal person who has authorized or allowed the commission of an offence described in sections 65 to 70, or who has consented thereto or otherwise participated therein is guilty of an offence if he knew or should have known that his acts would probably result in the commission of the offence.
The person is liable to the same penalty as that imposed for such an offence.
