43. The sums credited to the Fund are managed by the Agence du revenu du Québec.

43. The management of the sums that make up the Fund is entrusted to the Agence du revenu du Québec. The Agency shall keep the books of account of the Fund and record the financial commitments chargeable to it. The Agency shall also ensure that such commitments and the payments arising from them do not exceed and are consistent with the available balances.

The Minister shall, notwithstanding section 13 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6), keep the books of account of the Fund and record the financial commitments chargeable to the Fund. The Minister shall also certify that such commitments and the payments arising therefrom do not exceed the available balances and comply with them.
