69. The Government may, in a regulation made under the Act respecting income support, employment assistance and social solidarity (chapter S-32.001), prescribe, in the cases and on the conditions it determines, that certain additional amounts for dependent children shall be granted only to families eligible for the last resort financial assistance program on 31 August 1998.
