85. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 35, s. 79; 1982, c. 32, s. 13.
85. If an appeal against a conviction or order is decided in favour of the respondents, the justice of the peace who made the conviction or order, or any other justice of the peace for the same territorial division, may issue the warrant of distress or commitment for execution of the same, as if no appeal has been brought.
