7. Any person who falsely represents himself to be a cadet or member of the Police Force, a municipal cadet or policeman or a special constable, particularly by means of the clothing or badges he wears, is guilty of an offence and liable, upon summary proceeding instituted by any person authorized for that purpose by the Attorney-General, to a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than two hundred dollars, and costs.
