50. Any member of the Police Force who wishes to terminate his employment must give notice of his intention to the Director General at least 30 days before the date of his departure.
At the end of such time, he must surrender to the Director General the uniforms, badges, arms, identity papers and other articles in his possession belonging to the Police Force.

50. Any cadet or member of the Police Force who wishes to terminate his employment must give notice of his intention to the Director General at least thirty days before the date of his departure.
At the end of such delay, he must surrender to the Director General the uniforms, badges, arms, identification papers and other articles in his possession and belonging to the Police Force. Any infringement of this section shall render the offender liable, upon summary prosecution instituted by any person authorized for that purpose by the Attorney-General, to a fine of fifty to two hundred dollars and costs.
