37. On or before 31 March each year, the Commission shall make a report to the Minister of Public Security of its activities for the preceding calendar year; such report shall also contain all such information as the Government or the Minister of Public Security may prescribe.

Such report shall be laid before the National Assembly if it is in session or if it is not in session, within thirty days of the opening of the next session.
