34.1. (Repealed).

34.1. Notwithstanding any act to the contrary, a request for an inquiry made in accordance with section 21 or an inquiry instituted in accordance with that section suspends the prescription of a right or a recourse arising out of a collective agreement or arbitration award until the Commission renders a decision in accordance with section 34.2
However, in the case of a request made by a citizen, this suspension has effect only in the case where the Commission decides to proceed with an inquiry.
