33. Whenever it holds public sittings during an inquiry under this Act, the Commission shall give notice of the date and place of the commencement of such sittings in one French newspaper and one English newspaper, published in the locality nearest to the place of the sittings.
Certified copies of the evidence taken at a public sitting held during an inquiry contemplated in the preceding paragraph may be obtained by any person who applies therefor to the Commission, upon payment of the fees determined by its rules of practice, provided that application therefor is made to the Commission not later than one year after the report on its inquiry is delivered to the Minister of Public Security or after the decision of the Commission in the case of an inquiry held under section 79.
