24. In exercising the powers conferred on him by section 23, a person may use the force requisite for entry into the establishments, premises or vehicles he is authorized to enter into, employ any measure necessary to carry out the required searches, obtain any assistance required for these purposes, and compel any person to hand over to him any thing contemplated in section 23.

24. In executing a warrant contemplated in section 23, a person may use the force requisite for entry into the establishments, premises or vehicles he is authorized to search, employ any measure necessary to carry out the required searches, obtain any assistance required for these purposes, and compel any person to hand over to him the objects, books, writings and other documents contemplated in section 23.
