13. The secretary of the Commission shall be appointed by the Government which shall fix his salary; he shall not be dismissed except in accordance with section 33 of the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
Division II of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan (chapter R-12) shall apply to the secretary and members of the Commission de police, but retirement with pension may be granted to each of them who, after twenty-five years of service, applies therefor and resigns.
