Disposition versions
37. The Government shall not constitute an unorganized territory into a local municipality if part of the territory is situated within the territory of the Kativik Regional Government.
Likewise, the Government shall not constitute an unorganized territory into a local municipality if part of the territory is situated on Category II lands as defined in the Act respecting the Cree Nation Government (chapter G-1.031) without having obtained the Cree Nation Government’s prior written consent.
37. The Government shall not constitute an unorganized territory into a local municipality if part of the territory is situated within the territory of the Kativik Regional Government.
