80. The ethics committee may confirm or quash the decision submitted to it.
Where the ethics committee quashes a decision, it may order the commissioner to hold a new investigation, to resume the investigation within the time it indicates or to cite the police officer to appear before it within 15 days of its decision.

80. The ethics committee may confirm or quash the decision submitted to it.
Where the committee quashes a decision made by the commissioner pursuant to section 65, it may order him to hold or pursue an investigation. Where it quashes a decision made pursuant to subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of section 74, the committee may order the commissioner to cite the police officer to appear before the competent ethics committee with in 15 days after its decision.
