140. Upon service of the notice of appeal, the clerk of the ethics committee shall transmit to the clerk of the Court of Québec the record of the case and all documents relating thereto.

140. Before taking office, the members of the Tribunal and the ad hoc members shall take the oaths or make the solemn affirmations provided in Schedules I and II.
The president shall do so before the chief judge, a senior associate chief judge or an associate chief judge of the Court of Québec, and the other members of the Tribunal shall do so before any judge of the said Court.
