6.2. Any natural person may be appointed or elected a trustee, except
(1)  a person under 18 years of age;
(2)  a person of full age under tutorship or curatorship;
(3)  a person declared incapable by a court of another province or another country;
(4)  an undischarged bankrupt;
(5)  an employee of the Museum.
