68. The Minister of Regions is responsible for the administration of this Act.
The Minister of Economic and Regional Development exercises the functions of the Minister of Regions provided for in this Act. Order in Council 558-2003 dated 29 April 2003, (2003) 135 G.O. 2 (French), 2524.
The Minister for Regional Development and Tourism exercises, under the authority of the Minister of Economic and Regional Development, the functions provided for in this Act as regards regional development and tourism.
