27. The signature of the Keeper or of an officer authorized by the Minister on copies of documents, registers or archives shall be proof of the fact that such documents, registers and archives exist and are lawfully in his possession.
Any copy so signed shall be equivalent to the original itself in any court of justice, and any document or copy purporting to bear such signature shall be deemed to do so until proof of the contrary.
