1. The Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale shall be under the direction of the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity appointed under the Executive Power Act (chapter E-18).
The Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity is designated under the name of Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Solidarity. The Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale is designated under the name of Ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale. Order in Council 1292-2018 dated 18 October 2018, (2018) 150 G.O. 2 (French), 7385.
