133. Any person to whom a lot has been transferred with the authorization contemplated in section 125 shall be entitled to letters patent which shall be issued in accordance with the Act respecting the lands in the public domain (chapter T-8.1) and shall not be liable to cancellation by reason of the revocation of the mining lease or mining concession.
