374. All lands in the domain of the State that were allocated for the establishment of a mining town or village are subject to the provisions of the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State (chapter T‐8.1) and the Act respecting the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune (chapter M‐25.2).

374. All lands in the public domain that were allocated for the establishment of a mining town or village are subject to the provisions of the Act respecting the lands in the public domain (chapter T-8.1) and the Act respecting the Ministère des Ressources naturelles (chapter M-25.2).

374. The government may dispose of the lands set aside for the establishment of a mining town or village at such price and upon such conditions as it may fix.
