318. A person who contravenes any of sections 232.4, 232.5 or 232.7 or the standards prescribed by regulation for the guarantee required under this Act is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine corresponding to 10% of the total amount of the guarantee.

318. Every person who contravenes any provision of sections 26, 45, 232.1 or 232.2, the first paragraph of section 232.6, the second paragraph of section 232.7 or sections 233 and 252 is liable to a fine of $600 to $3,500 in the case of an individual and of $1,175 to $6,975 in the case of a legal person.
In the case of a second or subsequent conviction, the offender is liable to a fine of $1,175 to $6,975 in the case of an individual and of $2,325 to $13,925 in the case of a legal person.

In the case of a second or subsequent conviction, the offender is liable to a fine of $1 000 to $6 000 in the case of an individual and of $2 000 to $12 000 in the case of a legal person.

318. Every person who contravenes any provision of sections 26, 45, 233 and 252 is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $500 to $3 000 in the case of an individual and of $1 000 to $6 000 in the case of a legal person.
For any subsequent offence within two years of conviction under the same provision, the offender is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $1 000 to $6 000 in the case of an individual and of $2 000 to $12 000 in the case of a legal person.
