316. A person who contravenes any of sections 100, 140, 216, 232.1, 232.2, 232.6, 233, 240 and 241 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $5,000 to $500,000 in the case of a natural person and $15,000 to $3,000,000 in any other case.

316. Every person who contravenes any provision of sections 25, 27 and 30 is liable to a fine of $75 to $600 and in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $125 to $1,175.

316. Every person who contravenes any provision of sections 25, 27 and 30 is liable to a fine of $50 to $500 and in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $100 to $1 000.

316. Every person who contravenes any provision of sections 25, 27 and 30 is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $50 to $500 and for any subsequent offence within two years of conviction under the same provision, to a fine of $100 to $1 000.
