70. The board may, by a demand that it transmits by registered mail or by personal service, require from the holder of a licence, within such reasonable time as it may fix, the filing by registered mail of information, books, letters, accounts, invoices, financial statements or other documents.
The person to whom that demand is made must, within the fixed time, comply with the demand whether or not he has already filed information or documents of such a kind.
