122.2. (Repealed).

122.2. In all cases, the non-payment of the fine and costs imposed for an offence under section 122 within the time prescribed by the rules or the time granted by the board or a racing judge to whom the board has delegated the appropriate power pursuant to section 24, entails the suspension of the licence of the offender until payment.
