19. The enterprise registrar shall deposit a notice of dissolution in the register.

19. The Inspector General shall deposit a notice of dissolution in the register.

The Inspector General of Financial Institutions shall, without delay, publish a notice of the dissolution of the company in the Gazette officielle du Québec, and the liquidator or liquidators shall also forthwith register a notice of the dissolution in the office of the prothonotary of the Superior Court for the district, and in the registry office for the registration division in which the company had its head office or principal place of business.
This registration in the registry office is effected by deposit.
