L-0.2 - Act respecting medical laboratories and organ and tissue conservation

41. Any person whose permit is suspended or revoked or whose application for the renewal of his permit is refused may, within 60 days of notification of the decision, contest the decision of the Minister before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.

41. Any person whose permit is suspended or revoked or whose application for the renewal of his permit is refused may, within 60 days of notification of the decision, contest the decision of the Minister, the regional board or the regional council, as the case may be, before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.

(a)  if the reasons of fact or law invoked in support of the decision are clearly erroneous;
(b)  if the proceedings are affected by gross irregularity;
(c)  if the decision has not been rendered impartially.
