65. The administrative office of the president or a vice-president may terminate prematurely only on his relinquishing such office, on the termination of his appointment or on his removal or dismissal from his administrative office in the circumstances referred to in this division.

The administrative office of the president or a vice-president may terminate prematurely only on his relinquishing such office, on the premature termination or non-renewal of his term of office as a member of the Tribunal, or on his removal or dismissal from his administrative office in the circumstances referred to in this division.
