14. There shall be a committee of examiners to examine applicants for admission to the practice of the engineering profession. It shall be composed of not less than six members of the Order domiciled in Québec and of Canadian citizenship.
Every educational establishment of Québec whose diplomas are recognized as giving right to a permit to the practice of the profession of engineer may appoint a member of the committee. The other members shall be appointed by the Bureau.
The quorum of the committee shall be one-half of its members.
The committee of examiners shall hold examinations for admission to practice twice a year, at Montréal or Québec, on the first fifteen days of May and November.
The examinations shall be conducted in French or in English at the option of the candidate.
The Bureau may remunerate the examiners and fix the fees to which they shall be entitled.
