25. The election of the members of the council of a section shall be held not later than 30 days before the annual general meeting of the Order, on the date and according to the mode of election fixed by the council of the section.
The council of the section shall designate a returning officer from among the members of the section.
Voting shall be by secret ballot.

25. The election of the president, vice-president and councillors shall be held before the 1st of October.
The council shall, by resolution, fix the mode and procedure of the election and appoint a member of the section as returning officer.
Voting must be by secret ballot at a place designated by the council.
Only members of the Order having their principal residence in the territory of the section may vote and are eligible.
