8. (Repealed).
8. The seat of the Commission shall be in Montréal, but it shall be deemed to be at the office of any division for any service or production of documents, application, motion or other proceeding relating to such division.
The corporate seat in Montréal and the office of each division shall be located at such place as the Commission determines and makes known by notice in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
