31. Every permit shall be issued in the name of a physical person, for his own account or for the benefit of a corporation, partnership, cooperative syndicate, cooperative association, club or, in the case of a cider seller’s permit, for the benefit of an association of apple-growers.
However, a reception permit may be issued only to a physical person acting on behalf of a corporation which under its constitution is a non-profit corporation or which defacto exercises its activities without profit motive and which holds receptions or allows them to be held occasionally in its establishment.
A reception permit may also be issued to a person already holding a restaurant or a bar permit; such person must, at any reception contemplated by the permit, post up, in public view in the room where the reception is held and in accordance with the regulations, a copy of the contract by virtue of which he serves or sells alcoholic beverages.
