Section 75
Disposition versions
75. A member of a council who has a direct or indirect interest in an undertaking which places his personal interest in conflict with that of the council shall, on pain of forfeiture of office, disclose his interest and abstain from participating in a decision concerning the undertaking in which he has the interest. Moreover, he shall withdraw from the meeting for the duration of the deliberations relating thereto.
