25. Unless required by a person or body having power to compel the release thereof, personal information obtained in the course of his activities by a market intermediary in insurance business shall not be disclosed except, in each case, with the specific authorization of the person concerned. The authorization shall indicate to whom and for what purpose the information is to be disclosed, in accordance with government regulations.
