95. Within seven days any elector may appeal by petition to the Provincial Court from any decision of the commissioners or trustees confirming or amending the electoral list.
Any person may appeal to the same court, within seven days after the expiration of the delay prescribed in section 91 if, within such delay, the commissioners or trustees have failed or refused to take into consideration an application, filed within the prescribed time, for the entry or striking off of a name.
