91. (Repealed).

91. At the expiration of the delay fixed in section 90, if any written application has been filed, the secretary-treasurer shall fix the date, within the next seven days, when the commissioners or trustees shall examine the same, call a meeting of the board for such day.
He shall give a special notice to every person whose name it is proposed to enter on or strike from the list.
