548. Each school board must send to the Council any arrangement or agreement which it proposes to make under section 215 or 450.

548. Each school board must send to the Council any arrangement or agreement which it proposes to make under section 215 or 450 and any by-law which it adopts under sections 178, 185, 187 and 192 before submitting it to the Minister for approval; the Council may make any recommendation it sees fit to the Minister in this respect.
