538. To be entitled to vote, a person must be entered on the electoral list and on polling day be a Canadian citizen domiciled in the school municipality and have full legal capacity.
However, an elector shall vote only in the ward where he was domiciled on the last juridical day before the date of deposit of the electoral list.
