537. The representatives of the parents’ committee shall be elected in accordance with section 52.1 or the second paragraph of section 544.

537. To be entered on the electoral list, a person must:
(1)  be of full age on the polling day; and
(2)  on the last juridical day before the date of deposit of the electoral list, be a Canadian citizen domiciled in the school municipality and have full legal capacity.
