480. Every school board must offer special educational services for children who are unable, by reason of physical or mental deficiency, to avail themselves of the instruction given in the regular classes or courses.

480. Every school board, regional school board and Protestant central board may establish and maintain in operation in their schools special classes or courses for children who are unable, by reason of physical or mental deficiency, to avail themselves of the instruction given in the regular classes.
A regional school board may also establish and maintain such classes or courses for the elementary course.
