442. Any school board that is a member of a regional board must collect or cause to be collected the taxes of the regional board in accordance with section 366.
Where a school board causes the tax of the regional board to be collected, section 367 applies instead of the first paragraph of section 443.

442. In preparing the annual budget, the regional board shall make a provisional apportionment, based on estimates, of the sums to be paid to it by school boards.
The next year, after preparing its financial statement, it shall make a final apportionment and adjust accordingly the amount payable by each school board.
